Enhancing self-serve subscription enablement
In this case study, I showcase my approach to dissecting the complex business systems that are the backbone of Planday. I highlight the cross collaboration in the process from gathering insights, leading a solution tree workshop with the team and eventually finding a solution.
Building and maturing a transport logistics management platform
This case study is centred around building a logistics system tech from the ground up, where I led the creation of a comprehensive UI component library and implemented end-to-end solutions across multiple devices B2C and B2B. This work played a key role in moving the company from a startup phase to successfully achieving a partial acquisition by IKEA.
Building a Scalable UX Infrastructure for integrations
This case study details how I rebuilt a scalable UX template for Planday's ecosystem of integrations. I focused on building a flexible foundation that not only ensures long-term scalability and consistency but also enables rapid implementation with increased velocity, empowering developers as well as designers to implement ned integration editors with ease.
Designing with empathy
This case study highlights my work in building user empathy through design, focusing on the redesign of the revenue page. By collaborating closely with multiple customers in a comprehensive, iterative process, we created a more intuitive experience that led to increased usage and adoption
